This webinar will examine the strategic rationale, value proposition, functions, operational structure, and roadmap for a CSAM for Africa, with specific reference to F-SAMA. The webinar will engage the African Directors and Heads of Agricultural Mechanization and Engineering Services and development partners in structured dialogue to strengthen coordination and institutionalization of the HAMES network; assess the feasibility and design options for establishing a CSAM for Africa; and identify donor and partner entry points to support regional SAM initiatives.
